A team from the University of Illinois has found that BLACK TEA is capable of killing or suppressing the growth of the cavity-causing bacteria Lactobacillus and Streptococcus mutans in plaque. This means that drinking tea may aid in preventing gum disease and prohibit cavities from developing!

It is still extremely important, of course, to brush and floss your teeth twice a day and to keep up with your regular 6-12 monthly check-ups and cleans with your SPDC dentist.
